:  We may offer choice of  USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Fedex Ground, Fedex Home Delivery or other delivery method.  When buyer pays the cost, actual cost based on buyers selection, location and published rates allowing for cost of shipping supplies.   If free shipping is offered We will choose shipping method based on cost and anticipated delivery times. Seller have no control over USPS shipping costs.  Except for the smallest of packages Fedex uses a Dimensional Weight calculation which takes into account not only weight but how much space a package takes up in their vehicles.
eBay policy allows for actual costs plus incidental costs as well such as packing supplies. When necessary we buy specialty boxes and use industrial grade duty bubble pack. We charge a reasonable TOTAL cost for shipping. Note on USPS First Class Packages: “

We ship internationally via eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP).
